Your new puppy is guaranteed healthy and free of communicable diseases at the time you take possession. If your puppy is found by a licensed veterinarian not to be in good health 10 days after you (the buyer) take possession, you must notify us with a written statement from your licensed veterinarian. Your puppy is guaranteed for ten days. The breeder (Rob Lewis) agrees to refund the purchase price of your puppy upon return of the puppy and the registration papers. A refund will be given only upon receipt of the report from a licensed veterinarian. All expenses incurred, medical or otherwise, are the responsibility of the buyer.

Your new puppy is guaranteed to be free of congenital defects for one year from the date of birth. If your puppy is found to have life threatening congenital defects you must supply us within seven days of the diagnosis with your veterinarian's written report. We reserve the right to have the diagnosis verified by another veterinarian of our choice before exchanging puppies. The puppy would then be replaced with one of equal value and same sex as soon as available. An exchange will be given upon receipt of the puppy and the report from the veterinarian. The breeder (Rob Lewis) is not responsible for any expenses incurred medical or otherwise. Any shipping expenses for returning or sending a puppy would be at the buyer's expense.

Your new puppy has been on a de-worming and vaccination schedule. It is very important that you provide this information to your veterinarian, so he or she can continue with the schedule.

Please remember that puppies are babies! They need plenty of LOVE, rest, fresh water, a quality puppy food, a warm dry place to sleep, exercise and medical care. Our puppies are raised on a corn free, gluten free, grain free diet. 

Your puppy will not be replaced or your money refunded if they should die from conditions resulting from abuse, neglect or accident.

All puppies are sold as Pets with NO BREEDING RIGHTS. No guarantee is made as to disposition, conformation or breeding ability.
